You can reach our support team at [email protected]. Please include a short description of the issue and, if possible, your device model, iOS version, and app version to help us respond faster.

2. BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

All subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can view or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. We do not have access to your payment method or full billing details.

3. ACCOUNT, DATA, AND PRIVACY

For data requests, deletion, or privacy questions, contact [email protected]. We will respond in line with applicable laws (KVKK/GDPR).

4. TROUBLESHOOTING

If the app is not working as expected, try: (a) updating to the latest version; (b) restarting the app; (c) checking camera/photos permissions; (d) signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support with details.
