This application ("Service") provides AI-powered food tracking and calorie calculation tools. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must delete the application from your device immediately.
THIS APPLICATION IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. All content, calculations, macro/micro nutrient estimates, and AI analyses provided by the Service are for informational and wellness purposes only. (a) No Diagnosis or Treatment: This application is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease (including obesity, diabetes, eating disorders, etc.); (b) Consult Your Doctor: You must consult a physician or dietitian before making fundamental changes to your diet or eating habits. Do not change your medication or medical treatment based on data from this app; (c) Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, immediately call 112 or your local emergency services number; (d) No Professional Relationship: Using this application does not create any doctor-patient, dietitian-client, or healthcare professional relationship with the Developer, its employees, or AI systems.
The Service uses advanced image processing and artificial intelligence technologies to identify foods and estimate nutritional values. AI interactions may be processed by one or more third-party providers, including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). Before the first AI action (such as sending an AI chat message or starting photo analysis), the app requests explicit in-app consent. The User acknowledges: (a) Estimation Nature: AI outputs are statistical estimates, not precise laboratory results. AI may "hallucinate" or misidentify foods; (b) User Responsibility: It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy of nutritional values (calories, carbohydrates, protein, etc.) suggested by AI before logging them; (c) No Warranty: The Developer does not guarantee 100% accuracy of nutritional values in the database or AI analysis. Users with food allergies should NOT rely on AI results and must verify product contents themselves; (d) Third-Party Data: Nutritional values sourced from Open Food Facts (user-contributed database) and USDA. We do not guarantee accuracy. Users with allergies MUST verify all product labels independently.
(a) Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase; (b) Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period; (c) Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period; (d) Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings (Apple ID or Google Play Store) after purchase; (e) No Refunds: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
You retain the copyright to food photos you upload to the application. However, by using the Service, you grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use these photos for training AI models, improving the service, and analysis.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE APPLICATION (FOR EXAMPLE, HEALTH PROBLEMS THAT MAY RESULT FROM INCORRECT CALORIE CALCULATIONS). THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS".
You agree not to: (a) Scrape, copy, or index any part of the App's data; (b) Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (c) Use the App to build a competing service; (d) Share your account with others.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of the rights of any third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

ZeroCal currently does not display in-app ads and does not share data for ad targeting. We may introduce advertising in the future to support free access. If we do, we will provide notice and update our Privacy Policy, and obtain consent where required. Premium may offer an ad-free experience if ads are introduced.
